What is ProMedical Plan?

ProMedical Plan is a Medical Plan  is a Prepaid Health Clinic "PHC", and is also a Discount Medical Plan Organization "DMPO" created in 1998, now licensed by the State of Florida, and provides the following benefits:

• Access to Primary Care Physicians, and Pediatricians at for only $10.00 per visit (South Florida) and $20.00 per visit (Central Florida).

• Plan does not require physical examination or lab tests to be approved and does not have age or weight limits, neither denies members for pre existing conditions, or any other cause.

• There are no limitations or waiting periods
• All conditions are accepted
• Maternity at very convenient costs
• Lab test with very low co-payment
• Radiology tests are at very reduced rates
• Prescriptions provided at all major pharmacies nationwide for a very low cost
• Urgent Care Centers available in three counties: Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties (South Florida) and Orange, Osceola & Seminole Counties (Central Florida)

How does the plan work?

The plan has two components:
1. One called Prepaid Health Clinic (PHC)
2. The other called Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO)

The Plan has private Doctor offices in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
The Plan has medical attention 24 hours a day.
You visit your Primary Care Physician for only $10.00 co-pay (South Florida) and $20.00 co-pay (Central Florida).
Members choose a Family Doctor or a PCP from our own network.
You may change once a month at no cost to you.
All these in your own language, and close to home or work.
